central location, great views

the hotel is modern with a clean design. i enjoyed the happy hour at the bar. the view from my room included the southern alps. new regent street across the street has cafes and bars.
the hotel parking was a little difficult to arrange.

the location provided easy access to nearby establishments.
i found the room maintenance lacking somewhat. windows were dirty, and a piece of furniture had a noticeable oil stain. the repair quality was also subpar.

The location was central. I easily reached Cathedral Square and nearby attractions with a short walk. The valet car parking service proved helpful. The gym contained useful equipment.
The room felt quite stuffy. The windows do not open, and the air conditioning blew directly at the bed.
